CITY TERRACE – A male walking on a residential street was killed by a passing car that did not stop after hitting him. The victim died at the scene and was covered by LAFD paramedics. It is unknown how, but the victim’s brother found out about the crash and showed up to the scene and was obviously distraught at the situation. CHP is investigating the scene. Whiteside St is closed in both directions for the investigation. CHP is looking into the possibility that home video captured the suspects car.
