SOUTH LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – A huge crowd gathered at the intersection of San Pedro St and Manchester Ave taking over the intersection and doing donuts in the intersection.
At one point one of the vehicles involved hit a pedestrian and took off
from the scene. The pedestrian injured was able to walk away. The crowd
dispersed when officers arrived. No further information
