DALLAS, TEXAS – Officers drove up to an individual kicking in a fence and when approached by Police he took off running thru a back yard and detained once he made it out to the front yard. While officers were investigating further an officer was struck by the detained individual who was later transported by Dallas Fire-Rescue to a behavioral hospital.
