Orange County Fire Authority responded to a traffic collision with fire at the intersection of 4th St and Tustin Ave. early this morning. When they arrived they had 4 confirmed fatalities on scene. 1 critical patient was transported to local hospital. Santa Ana Police is investigating the cause of the accident.
