SOUTH LA – A traffic collision involving two cars occurred in South LA that sent a total of seven people to the hospital, five of them were kids under five years old, and one of the five children just an infant. None of the kids in the SUV were in car seats at the time of the collision. The driver of the silver car appeared to have maybe run the stop sign hitting the SUV that was traveling north on Avalon. Two of the children are in critical condition and the other three minor. LAPD Traffic Division is handling the investigation. No further information available.
