TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA – Police officers attempted to control a large unruly crowd, most of which were juveniles. There were several fights among each other in different areas of the mall parking lots. Torrance PD brought in their BearCat armored vehicle to help disperse the crowd, but still had a difficult time controlling the crowd.
