At 10:01pm CHP & LACOFD received multiple 911 calls of a three-car traffic accident with two cars on fire and one person still trapped inside at the westbound 60 freeway just before the 605 freeway. Once officers and firefighters arrived they located one person still stuck inside the vehicle and the car still on fire. Firefighters were able to get one person out of the vehicle and transported to a local hospital in critical condition. At least one person has died due to this crash. Unknown at this time if there are any more injuries or how the accident occurred.
