SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA – Multiple reports came in of a truck that crashed into the center divider area of the HOV lane near the 5 freeway at the 22 freeway. Witnesses say the truck spun out of control and slammed into the under-crossing of the flyover of the 57 connector. CHP arrived and found the driver unresponsive and shortly after units from Orange City Fire arrived. They used the jaws of life to free some space on the truck however the driver was declared deceased on scene. The coroner was called to assist with removal of the decedent.
