JURUPA VALLEY, CALIFORNIA – JURUPA VALLEY- On Sunday December 20, 2020 at 12:00 pm there was a rally and vigil in the Stater Brothers parking lot on the corner of Mission Blvd and Rubidoux.
The vigil and rally stemmed from the in custody death of Ernie Teddy Serrano by the Riverside Sheriff’s Department on December 15, 2020. There is video of Riverside Deputies beating Serrano inside the Stater Brothers Market. Serrano Later Died at a local hospital.
