LAFD is calling for a expedited response from DWP due to a water main that created a mini mudslide below the address on E Castleman Ave. The break itself is not that large but the water main break is undermining the hillside and causing mudflow. DWP is in route. The water does not appear to be flowing into any homes at this time.
