TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA – A man driving north on the southbound 405 lanes crashed with another vehicle just west of Vermont Ave in Torrance.
Both Drivers were taken to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
CHP is investigating if drugs or alcohol were involved.
