WEST RANCHO DOMINGUEZ: CHP Street Racing Crack-Down

Street racers doing stunts in a intersection struck a vehicle and disabled it. CHP in the area cracked down on the cars and people that closed the intesection and tried to find the Ford Mustang that caused the damage.
