COVINA, CALIFORNIA – A drunk driver was arrested for crashing his car into the back of a big rig. The driver was able to get out of the car. He was treated by paramedics and arrested by CHP. The video shows the semi exciting the freeway at the CHP’s request to clear the freeway. A tow truck came later and separated the car from the trailer.
