A car to car shooting in Victorville Sunday evening led to the driver of the victim car losing control and colliding with a signal light pole. The incident occurred shortly before 6:00 PM in the 15600 block of Hwy 395. Witnesses stated (off camera) that they heard two shots before the green Ford Mustang crashed into the pole. The witnesses stated that the driver then got out of his car and ran across Hwy 395 to the High Desert Truck Stop where he collapsed. Victorville Fire Paramedics responded and transported the victim to a local hospital. SBSO VIctorville is handling the investigation. It is unclear whether the driver was struck by the gunfire.
