DALLAS, TEXAS – A single vehicle traveling eastbound lost control and collided with a guard rail and that traveled through the car and caused severe trauma injuries and an amputation from the impact.
The two victims were airlifted to a nearby hospital via Careflite after Arlington Fire-Rescue extricated the occupants out safely. Arlington Police were investigating the cause of the crash
