LA PUENTE, CALIFORNIA – Los Angeles County Sheriff‘s Department Industry Station and Los Angeles County Fire Department received multiple 911 call of a gunshot victim at the corner of N Backton Ave and E Gemini St. Once sheriff deputies and firefighters arrived on scene they located a gunshot victim that was shot multiple times laying on the sidewalk. The victim was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. Sheriff’s deputies did locate multiple shell casings at the location. Unknown at this time on any suspects description or any vehicles. Unknown at this time what led up to the shooting. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Industry station will be handling the investigation into the shooting.
