POMONA – 11:00 pm Pomona Pd along with Los Angeles County Fire Department received a 911 call that a vehicle hit a pedestrian and took off from the location. The victim was transported to Pomona Valley hospital in critical condition. The victim was walking with a friend when they crossed the street and only one person was hit by the vehicle. Unknown at this time what kind of vehicle struck the victim. Pomona Pd will be handling investigation into the hit-and-run.
