SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA – San Bernardino City Fire and Police along with America Medical Response, responded to the intersection of W 5th St and Arrowhead Ave for reports of a major traffic accident. Emergency personal arrived on the scene and discovered that two sedans, a silver Chevy Camero and a white 4-door sedan, sustained major damage during the crash with the sedan landing on top of the Camaro. There were reports of four victims involved. Two of the victims were extracted out of the vehicle by fire personal and were transported by ambulance in unknown condition. Two other victims involved were pronounced deceased at the scene. The cause of the incident is unknown at this time under investigation by San Bernardino Police investigators.
