LA MIRADA, CALIFORNIA – A single vehicle spinout took out a tree and slammed into a wall on Beach Blvd just south of Somerset Dr in La Mirada. It took firefighters about an hour to free the victim from the vehicle as the door was crushed by the tree. The driver was extricated using the jaws of life and then transported to UCI for their injuries. LASD says speed and wet roads were probable factors in this incident and remind everyone to slow down in the rain.
