BURBANK – Burbank Fire Department responded to a call of a driver trapped inside their car after running into a parked tractor on the Burbank Blvd off-ramp on the i5 freeway south. Burbank Fire freed the driver within 10 min. The driver walked out of the car himself and looked uninjured. CHP is investigating, Burbank Blvd south off ramp closed on the south bound side.
