POMONA, CALIFORNIA – Los Angeles County Fire Department along with Care Ambulance were on scene of a medical call at 1400 E Mission Blvd and S East End Ave. The Care Ambulance had a patient in the back of the ambulance when it was hit from the back by a white vehicle. The patient that was already being transported was transported by a second ambulance to a local hospital. No firefighters were injured during the accident. One of the ambulance drivers was transported to Pomona Valley Hospital with minor injuries. Unknown at this time how the accident occurred. Pomona Pd will be handling the investigation into the traffic collision.
