RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA (LLN) – Officers responded to the 100 block of Sir Bedivere Dr for reports of a domestic violence shooting where a woman was struck by gunfire. The woman was taken to a local hospital where she later died from her injuries. Three children who were at the residence were safely evacuated and are now with family, and the male suspect was believed to have stayed inside the house. After a lengthy barricaded situation with no response by the suspect, SWAT officers just entered the house around 11:30pm and located the suspect deceased. Detectives will be at the scene overnight conducting this investigation.
