FONTANA, CALIFORNIA – At Approximentally 11:37 PM Fontana PD officers were in pursuit of a suspect in a vehicle traveling EB on the 10 freeway opening fire / shooting at pursuing officers. Once the vehicle came to a rest the suspect continued opening fire which forced law enforcment to use deadly force. It is unknown at this time if any officers were injured due to the shooting. Fontana PD stated a press release will be released at a later time.
