LAGUNA NIGUEL – Orange County Sheriffs Department were in pursuit of an unknown number of suspects in the Seaside Apartments. Upon arrival one suspect appeared to be arrested and in the back of cruiser, The officers then focused on another apartment within the complex. After about 20 minutes the officers rushed that apartment and arrested one suspect. Then It appears that an unknown number of suspects are holed up in a second apartment. The scene has been active for 4 hours and was still active as of 22:00 hours.
