WHITTIER, CALIFORNIA – A speeding car lost control sliding sideways into the back of a parked VW Bug. The impact pushed the Bug under a white car parked in front of it pushing both cars about 30 feet from where they were originally parked. One person was trapped and had to be extricated from the wreckage by LACOFD. A total of three people were in the car and reported to be in critical condition as they were transported to the hospital. A NOS bottle can be seen near the wreckage of the speeding car. CHP said alcohol played a factor in the crash. All three cars were totaled and towed away.
