SOUTH LA: Street Racing TC

Story Details: Time – 2:30am Location – 858 W Imperial Hwy, Los Angeles Handling Agencies – LAFD, LAPD, LACOSD
One person was transported to an area hospital after two vehicles crashed while racing eastbound on Imperial Hwy just east of Vermont Ave. One of the vehicles that was racing, possibly a blue Chevy Suburban, fled the scene of the accident. It has yet to be determined if the patient transported was an innocent bystander. LAPD is conducting the investigation.
