A female was transported from a homeless encampment with one or more gunshot wounds to the body. The victim can be seen being lifted and carried out by fire personnel. Unknown if the shooting occurred near the railroad tracks. The female was transported via ambulance to a local hospital in a unknown condition. The shooting is under investigation.
