SOUTH LA: Fatal Dog(s) Fire

Firefighters responded to a fire and found neighbors putting water on it when they arrived. A detached garage along with other things in the backyard were on fire. At least two dogs (maybe 3-4) perished in the fire. The neighbor that used a garden hose could hear the dogs barking and saw them tied up. He tried to get to them but was unable. Firefighters had some trouble knocking the fire down due to the yard being packed with stuff. The fire is under investigation.
