Soto Street Flooding Disables Cars | LOS ANGELES, CA 12.28.20

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – LAPD reported a flooding under a train tracked bridge on Soto St just South of Washington Blvd. The flooding caused multiple cars to get stuck and disabled LAPD blocked off the area to prevent other cars from getting stuck. Tow trucks were called in to tow away the disabled vehicles. The department of sanitation was called in for the clogged drains.
MTA personnel also stopped by to see when the street would re-open, advised that it might be closed for the rest of the night causing the buses to be re-routed. No further information available.
