TEMPLE CITY – One man is in custody after reports of a shooting that occurred in a home on the 4900 block of Halifax Rd. in Temple City. Sheriffs responded to reports of a son who shot his father. When units arrived they instructed the male shooter to put the weapon down and he surrendered immediately without further incident. The downed male succumbed to his wounds. Homicide detectives are investigating what led to the domestic shooying. Anyone with information can contact the LACo Sheriffs station at 626-285-7171. No further details were available.
