Police on scene would not comment on the incident. The time the incident occurred is unknown.
Nearby parts of an apartment complex is taped off with crime scene tape, preserving evidence.
Unconfirmed information among residents is that this was an officer involved shooting. That information has not been verified. A detective was heard telling the crime scene tech to take pictures of the deceased person’s mask.
