TORRANCE / HARBOR GATEWAY – Both LAFD and LACOFD firefighters arrived on scene to find a single family home with fire showing from the rear of the property. Once they made their way to the backyard, they found a chicken coupe, overgrown brush, and a small shed were on fire. It took firefighters about 20 minutes to and declare a knockdown. There were no reports of any injured chickens. Their quick work was caught on camera and was able to stop the fire from spreading to the main house.
