UPLAND – Upland Pd was in pursuit of 3 suspects that were inside a vehicle. The suspects were driving a SUV when they crashed into two other vehicles at 13th St and North Benson Avenue. Two of the suspects took off on foot and one remained inside the vehicle, all three suspects were taken into custody by Upland PD. One of the innocent victims that the suspect crashed into was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. A second victim was also transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. Unknown at this time why upland PD was pursuing the vehicle. California highway patrol is on scene assisting with the traffic accident investigation.
