LA PUENTE, CALIFORNIA – On Tuesday Night, December 1, 2020, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department started receiving multiple 911 calls of somebody driving around shooting at vehicles in the area Willow Ave and Amar Rd. 911 received a call from a female stating that her car was shot by a Gray Honda Civic. Deputies arrived on scene and located a white four-door vehicle with the driver side window shot out. While deputies were doing their investigation at 720 Willow Ave, they heard multiple gunshots just south of their location. Deputies received another 911 call of a gray vehicle leaving the area around Tonopah Ave and Buckner St. Deputies located the vehicle parked in front of a residence and immediately started surrounding the house. Deputies made call outs to the residence to come out of the house with their hands up. After about 10 minutes two possible suspects came out of the side gate of the residence and were taken into custody. The family inside the residence also came out of the house including kids. Unknown at this time if any guns were located. Deputies are still investigating the shooting.
