It happened around 4:30 am Saturday in front of MiMa apartments located at 450 West 42 St. One man was seen restrained by police, with a few male and female friends also present, unrestrained, speaking to police. One person we spoke to stated the neighborhood has gotten progressively worse. Another person off camera stated the group police were speaking to may be hip hop artists. Their vehicle is a $90,000 Mercedes. An apartment at MiMa goes for $3000/monthly.
