SOUTH GATE, CALIFORNIA – Firefighters responded to a report of a traffic accident with people trapped at 10505 South Atlantic Ave in South Gate. Firefighters arrived and reported a solo vehicle on its side with a broken light pole down on the car with one person trapped inside. As firefighters worked to free the victim they pronounced him dead. South Gate Police are investigating.
