WALNUT, CALIFORNIA – Early Friday Morning, November 13, 2020, California Highway patrol Santa Fe Springs Station was behind a vehicle that refused to stop Walnut Dr N and Fairway Dr. The suspect led CHP on a slow moving pursuit going back-and-forth on Walnut Drive between Fairway and Nogales St. The suspect then went northbound S Lemon Ave and then westbound Business Parkway where CHP attempted the “PIT“ maneuver on the suspect vehicle. The PIT was a successful pit and the suspect spun out and drove up on the grass and was taken into custody. Unknown at this time why the suspect fled from officers. No officers or the suspect were injured during the pursuit.
