COLTON, CALIFORNIA – Colton Fire Department responded to a structure fire at the Nova Pointe Apartments. On arrival fire crews located a well-involved apartment on the first floor spreading to adjacent apartments. A second alarm was requested. After the fire was knocked down one person was found deceased in the apartment. The cause of the fire is under investigation. No other information was available.
