6.18.20 | by Adam Balhetchet | CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn – A pedestrian was critically struck by a car. It happened around 11 pm Thursday at Eastern Parkway & Utica Ave. The victim was unconscious and unresponsive according to witnesses and was rushed to an area hospital. The driver stayed on the scene. The car was not towed by Police. NYPD highway was on the scene conducting a collision investigation.
