WILLOWBROOK, CALIFORNIA – A woman was struck and killed in an apparent hit and run at the intersection of El Segundo Blvd and Belhaven Ave in Willowbrook around 11:15pm. A vehicle that was near the scene was
towed away and was photographed by the Coroner’s office. Could not get
verification if the driver abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot. Initial reports said it was a hit and run. CHP would not confirm or verify because they are still investigating. No further information available.
