FONTANA – Several people gathered for off-roading activities in a large dirt area along the Fontana and Bloomington border. Multiple all-terrain-vehicles (ATVs), quads, off-road bikes, and even a person on horseback, all united to have some outdoor fun despite the state’s stay at home order. It’s estimated that at least 200 people were present. At one point, gunfire was heard, as subjects off roading were shooting guns. The Fontana Police Department arrived on scene and began dispersing the crowd without incident.
