OAK HILLS: Child Snake Bite Victim

A two year old child was bitten by a rattle snake Thursday afternoon in Oak Hills. The mother called 911 and then drove her child to a gas station on the corner of Ranchero Road and Escondido Avenue. Paramedics transported the child to Oak Hills High School and transferred to SBCo Fire Air Ambulance H-325. The child was flown to Loma Linda Medical Center. It is believed that the child’s name is Madeline but this is unconfirmed. The child was bitten at a home in the 13200 block of Stuveling Street.
