11.22.20 | by Adam | BEDSTUY, Brooklyn (DCPI) – On Sunday, November 22, 2020 at approximately 2317 hours, police responded to a 911 call of shots fired at 15 Albany Avenue, within the confines of the 79 Precinct. Upon arrival, officers observed six total persons shot inside the location. EMS responded to the location and transported the victims (four males and two females) to area hospitals. Victim #1, an 18-year-old female, was shot in the leg, and transported to Maimonides Hospital in stable condition. Victim #2, a 19-year-old male, was shot in the torso, and transported to NYC Health & Hospitals/Kings County in stable condition. Victim #3, an 18-year-old male, was shot in the leg, and transported to NYC Health & Hospitals/Kings County, in stable condition. Victim #4, a 14-year-old female, was shot in the buttocks, and transported to Maimonides Hospital in stable condition. Victim #5, a 16-year-old male, was shot in the torso, and transported to NYC Health & Hospitals/Kings County, in critical condition. Victim #6, a 15-year-old male, was shot in the leg, and transported to Maimonides Hospital in stable condition. Further investigation revealed that a 20-year-old female was also shot at the location, in the buttocks, and transported, via private means, to NYC Health & Hospitals/Woodhull, where she was pronounced deceased. There are no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.
