4.20.20 | Video by Adam Balhetchet | BED STUY, Brooklyn (DCPI) – On Monday, April 20, 2020, at approximately 1935 hours police responded to a 911 call of a male shot in the rear of 991 Myrtle Avenue(Sumner Houses) in the confines of the 79 Pct. Upon arrival, police discovered a 43-year-old male shot in the head. The victim was transported to Woodhull Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing. The identity of the victim is pending family notification.
