7.25.20 | Video by Adam Balhetchet | UPPER WEST SIDE, Manhattan (DCPI) – Saturday, July 25, 2020 at approximately 0042 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male shot at the corner of West 101 Street and Amsterdam Avenue, within the confines of the 24 Precinct. Upon arrival, officers observed a 58-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the chest. EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to the Mount Sinai Saint Luke’s Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. There are no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.
