NEW JERSEY: 2 Shot by 3 NJ Cops for Shooting Fireworks

It happened at 10:15 pm on Monday at the NJ Housing Authority located at 314 Randolph St, Jersey City, NJ. A 21-year-old and 19-year-old victim was treated and transported to an area hospital.
