HARVARD, CALIFORNIA – A pursuit started in Santa Ana on a possible hit and run suspect. The driver failed to yield and continued on the eastbound 91 through Riverside. The suspect continued onto the northbound 215 through San Bernardino to the northbound 15 through Victorville, Barstow, and where the suspect finally ran out of gas just north of Field Rd near Harvard. The suspect was taken into custody after CHP officers broke a window. A dog and three kids then exited the vehicle. The female suspect was arrested and transported by CHP. No other information was provided
