MID-CITY: Truck Flips on Top of Car

Early Saturday, a 2 car roll-over accident was reported in the Mid-City area at the corner of Arlington and Adams. Neighbors report hearing tires screeching before the accident. Neighbors also report one person transported to the hospital in unknown condition.
