ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA – Ontario Fire Department wass on scene of a mass casualty hazmat event. The incident began at 8:05am at Phillips Lighting located at 1375 E. Locust St.
Per Ontario Fire Department Battalion Chief Scott Roeber the company employs roughly 50 people. 19 patients were evaluated on scene. 6 patients have been transported to hospitals in varying conditions. All patients reported having respiratory issues. The cause is under investigation.
