HUDSON YARDS, Manhattan – Two workers were hanging on for life on the 40th-floor scaffolding where they were working. This happened at 5 pm Tuesday at W 34 & 11th Ave in the confines of the 10 Precinct. They were removed from the scaffolding by firefighters without incident. Straphangers were unable to access the 34th St Hudson Yards station due to pedestrian and vehicular traffic blocked at 34 St & 10th Ave.
